Product Manager (AI)

Product Manager (AI Governance): Designing and managing the AI governance and admin experience platform for hirify.global's Agent Operating System with an accent on agent identity, trust boundaries, and enterprise-grade controls. Focus on defining the roadmap for secure agent deployment, building policy and auditing primitives, and scaling admin surfaces for large organizations.

Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding and scaling agents into hirify.global's system of record.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, and GTM teams to build scalable user and agent management systems.
• Champion seamless enterprise experiences, ensuring security and compliance needs drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to understand business requirements and support strategic customer deals.
• Engage deeply with admin and builder personas to identify challenges and shape product priorities.

Requirements

• Strong track record of delivering impactful product launches in B2B environments.
• Deep fluency and a strong point of view regarding AI governance.
• Experience with MCP servers, API development, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver results with urgency.
• Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
