Senior Manager, Technical Training (Cybersecurity): Owning the full training lifecycle for the security organization with an accent on creating repeatable systems that close performance gaps across SOC and Global Support teams. Location: Remote US
Compensation: $185,000 to $210,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end training lifecycle, including needs analysis, program design, and outcome measurement.
- Build and maintain onboarding paths to accelerate operational readiness for SOC and Global Support.
- Partner with Operations Managers to identify performance gaps and translate them into structured learning initiatives.
- Develop and enforce program quality standards, assessment design, and knowledge validation.
- Define and report on enablement metrics that connect learning outcomes to operational performance.
- Manage and coach a team of training practitioners, fostering their growth and ownership of programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating technical training or enablement programs.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring direct reports with a track record of talent development.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis and translate operational gaps into learning frameworks.
- Experience building measurement systems that connect programs to actual performance.
- Track record of collaborating with SMEs to develop technically accurate content.
- Must be based in the United States (Remote US)
