What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and highly specialized roles across programming, art, design, and production disciplines.
- Execute relentless sourcing using Boolean searches, market mapping, and platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, ArtStation, and Stack Overflow.
- Identify talent in non-traditional pools, including game jams, modding communities, open-source contributors, and indie circles.
- Partner with TA Business Partners and studio leadership to define role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Represent the studio at industry events, conferences, community meetups, and campus career fairs.
- Analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to help shape winning compensation offers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a track record of filling senior, hard-to-fill roles.
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including Boolean strings and market mapping.
- Industry fluency with the ability to communicate credibly with developers, artists, and designers.
- Strong relationship management skills for coaching hiring managers and guiding candidate negotiations.
- A genuine passion for the gaming industry.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Montreal, QC.
