What you will do

  • Lead the commercial turnaround of third-party sales channels with full P&L accountability.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across e-retail, retail partnerships, and B2B accounts.
  • Drive trading performance through pricing, forecasting, and margin optimization.
  • Establish and manage senior partnerships with marketplaces and strategic commercial partners.
  • Lead and develop a commercial team focused on accountability, pace, and results.

Requirements

  • Proven senior sales or commercial leadership experience with direct P&L ownership.
  • Extensive background managing retail, e-commerce, or marketplace partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering commercial recovery plans and improving trading performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Decisive, data-led leadership style.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in London (2 days per week in office).
