Country Service Lead (Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Drive technical direction with regional cloud engineering teams and align delivery capabilities with market and business needs.
• Manage escalations and critical engagements, resolving issues and stabilizing high-impact projects.
• Oversee project backlog, revenue forecasting, financial performance, and revenue recognition activities.
• Develop and mentor delivery teams through continuous learning and professional certifications.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners while identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading cloud delivery in system integrator or professional services environments.
• Experience managing complex cloud projects and handling critical escalations.
• Strong understanding of project financials, including P&L ownership and revenue management.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and Azure; GCP knowledge is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
