eDiscovery Client Services Associate Director (Relativity)

Location: Remote within Hong Kong or Singapore; must be authorised to work and currently reside in Hong Kong or Singapore. Occasional domestic and international travel, extended working hours, and weekend support may be required.

What you will do

• Oversee a team of eDiscovery Client Services professionals, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers.
• Manage client accounts and eDiscovery and litigation-support projects from scoping and kickoff through delivery, reporting, invoicing, and closure.
• Develop account playbooks, service standards, best-practice workflows, and client-specific solutions.
• Coordinate staffing, project assignments, budgets, utilization, WIP, priorities, and delivery quality across operational teams.
• Lead client communications, status calls, executive summaries, quarterly business reviews, escalations, and satisfaction initiatives.
• Mentor, develop, train, and performance-manage team members while supporting succession planning and regional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrable Relativity experience at Administrator level or above, including troubleshooting and maintaining strong QC and QA standards.
• At least five years of industry experience with a strong record in strategic leadership and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery frameworks, including EDRM, protocols, workflows, and best practices.
• Experience supporting APAC clients, including Singapore, Australia, Japan, or Hong Kong, and handling custom production specifications and bundles.
• Strong client relationship, project management, communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorised to work and currently reside in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nuix, Everlaw, Reveal, or similar eDiscovery tools.
• Bachelor’s, Juris Doctorate, MBA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience with legal culture and communications.
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills for supporting clients and stakeholders across Hong Kong and Greater China.
