Technical and Programme Lead (AI)

hirify.global builds a global HR platform and uses automation and AI to support distributed teams and customer operations.

What you will do

• Lead CX automation and AI initiatives from scoping and design through production, iteration, and adoption.
• Build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that improve specialist effectiveness, reduce manual handling, and increase consistency.
• Own integrations across Zendesk, hirify.global's internal platform, REST APIs, webhooks, and MCP.
• Deploy AI capabilities with failure handling, human oversight, logging, and auditability.
• Manage complex, multi-phase programmes, dependencies, stakeholders, documentation, and technical debt.
• Use CX performance data and success metrics to prioritize improvements and validate impact.

Requirements

• Strong programme management skills combined with hands-on technical delivery.
• Experience building automation and integration systems in customer experience, support, or operations environments.
• Ability to build, read, and debug code and work with APIs, webhooks, integration standards, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with low-code and no-code platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Gumloop.
• Production experience deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows with human oversight and auditability.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
