What you will do

• Lead organic growth through content production, SEO, AEO, social media, and AI video.
• Manage the social media calendar and execute content publishing across platforms like LinkedIn.
• Produce AI-driven video scripts and visual assets for promotional use.
• Handle WordPress publishing and the setup of landing pages.
• Support email campaigns using HubSpot, including list segmentation and reporting.
• Analyze performance and optimize organic growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in content or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, or Frase.
• Strong editorial instincts and writing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO & AEO fundamentals, including keyword targeting and search intent.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM for email and reporting.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video tools like Synthesia, HeyGen, or Creatify.
• Familiarity with WordPress publishing.
