What you will do

• Coordinate operational setup for new products, including Management of Change (MoC) activities and SKU creation.
• Maintain accurate product repositories and master data systems to ensure reliable data availability.
• Provide product documentation and samples to support commercial teams and assist in complaint handling.
• Support Product Managers with portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization activities.
• Execute system updates and communications for discontinued SKUs to ensure smooth phase-out transitions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Manufacturing, SCM, Regulatory, QA, and R&D.

Requirements

• University degree (Applied Sciences) with a focus on structured thinking and analytical rigor.
• 2–3 years of experience with product lifecycle processes and master data systems in complex environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English communication (C1) for global collaboration.
• Must be based in Poland and available for regular travel to the Netherlands.
