What you will do

• Collate and input weekly invoice data and perform necessary investigations.
• Prepare and review monthly sales invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms and internal targets.
• Handle client invoice queries and resolve commercial disputes professionally.
• Ensure strict compliance with company invoicing policies and procedures.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the Project Accountant.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar invoice administration role.
• Experience working within fast-paced environments or relevant industries.
• Experience handling high-value sales invoicing.
• Availability to work part-time (22.5 hours per week over 3 days).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Great Yarmouth, UK for hybrid work.
