What you will do

• Own the self-serve product roadmap by translating structured market input from SMBs and agencies into product direction.
• Drive PLG metrics including activation funnel, time to first value, feature adoption depth, and retention.
• Define the self-serve experience and onboarding flows for advertisers of varying sizes and complexities.
• Identify and implement AI-first product features that genuinely reduce complexity and increase trust for users.
• Collaborate closely with GTM, PMM, and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between US market needs and technical execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in ad tech, MarTech, or a performance marketing platform.
• Proven track record of building self-serve B2B products and owning product-led growth (PLG) metrics.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including how SMBs and agencies operate and evaluate platforms.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and designing for AI output variability and user trust.
• Must be based onsite in the San Mateo, CA office.
