What you will do

• Define and operationalize a multi-year platform vision unifying creative, ad serving, and measurement.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for creative authoring and personalization tools.
• Develop high-throughput API frameworks and signal engines for real-time decisioning.
• Build ML/AI optimization engines and simulation models to maximize campaign performance.
• Manage strategic distribution technologies and SDK integrations with major OTT/CTV providers.
• Align C-suite executives, engineering, and commercial leaders on complex platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media.
• Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and programmatic ad serving.
• Strong technical foundation, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping complex, high-throughput platform capabilities from concept to market.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and executives without direct managerial authority.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
