What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management delivery across digital transformation programmes.
• Develop and execute change strategies, including communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Drive user adoption using digital tools such as WalkMe, Whatfix, and Pendo.
• Design data-driven, role-based, and gamified training programmes.
• Contribute to digital transformation strategy, business case development, and operating model design.
• Manage relationships and lead engagement activities with senior stakeholders at the Director and VP level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation, preferably in consulting.
• Experience delivering change in large-scale platform implementations (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
• Proven experience with digital adoption tools and LMS platforms.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Poland.
