What you will do

• Enhance in-store visibility, promotional activities, and permanent brand exposure.
• Support and guide the Key Account Manager in negotiations and in-store execution excellence.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and order status tracking.
• Implement brand image, assortment, and planograms according to regional guidelines.
• Motivate retailers’ sales staff to execute plans and meet sales objectives.
• Coordinate retail animations and visibility across Hainan Island.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or SOP.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge (including Vlookup).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse multinational environment.
