Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role with office attendance required Tuesday-Thursday).
Salary: £30,000 per annum

What you will do
- Review and refine Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) escalated from frontline operations and fraud teams.
- Conduct proportionate research to document financial crime incidents and assess high-risk relationships.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting to the National Crime Agency.
- Collaborate with operational and risk teams to drive continuous improvement in internal systems.
- Present findings and process improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed and accuracy of financial crime casework.
Requirements
- Must be a final-year university student, ideally from a top-tier institution.
- Must be based in London or able to commute to the office for hybrid work.
- Intellectual curiosity and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- High energy, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in financial services and financial crime.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week internship program starting June 30th.

- Degree in STEM, Financial Crime, Business, Criminology, Law, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
