What you will do

• Manage and monitor trade execution in compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.
• Provide investment teams with actionable market information and data analysis.
• Collaborate with global trading teams across Chicago, London, and Asia.
• Analyze and interpret large trading datasets in partnership with the Trading Research team.
• Cross-train to achieve competency across all instruments traded by the desk.
• Explore and implement AI-powered analytics to enhance trading efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a trading role at a buy or sell-side institution.
• Experience trading Equity, FX, or Derivatives with knowledge of market mechanics.
• Strong data analysis or financial coding skills in Python, R, or SQL.
• Excellent attention to detail and a robust risk management mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Enthusiasm for integrating AI techniques into trading processes.
• Experience with OTC and listed derivatives.
