Location: Remote (US). Candidates residing within 50 miles of hirify.global office are expected to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the office.

Salary: $69,000–$90,500

What you will do

• Independently review and approve asset movement activity across brokerage and advisory accounts.
• Ensure all transactions align with suitability, best interest, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze trends and uncover root causes of recurring issues to recommend solutions that strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, Compliance, and internal partners to facilitate compliant client asset movement.
• Identify risks and reduce NIGO (Not In Good Order) items to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 & 24 licenses required at time of application.
• 2+ years of MMLIS experience or 3+ years of experience within the brokerage/advisory space.
• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to work hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 4 and 53 licenses.
• 3+ years of experience conducting suitability reviews.
• College degree with a concentration in business or finance.
