Senior Sales Engineer (AI): Partnering with ANZ Enterprise Sales teams to generate revenue and provide technical ownership of opportunity pursuits with an accent on solution architecture and technical value propositions. Focus on designing secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud implementations of the hirify.global platform and leveraging Agentic AI and LLMs to solve business challenges.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions for Enterprise clients.
• Perform tailored high-level demos and deliver contextualized PoVs and Rfxs to showcase business value.
• Design secure solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to ensure the realization of customer solutions.
• Act as an evangelist for automation by identifying customer needs and contributing to the internal knowledge database.
• Partner with Product teams to provide feedback on the product roadmap and improve functionalities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect position at an Enterprise level.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, orchestration, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Melbourne or available for hybrid work in that location.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Knowledge of the hirify.global platform.
• Experience or knowledge of SAP.
