Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 base per annum

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Execute full-cycle production, including operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Perform professional post-production: editing, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to ensure visual consistency with the brand identity.
• Manage media archives and troubleshoot technical equipment issues during shoots.
• Experiment with new video techniques and social media formats to optimize engagement and reach.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating diverse storytelling approaches.
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
• Degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
