Salary: $146,000 – $222,000 per year

• Edit brand films, product stories, interviews, and social-first content.
• Design motion graphics, typography, and transitions that enhance the narrative.
• Shape expressive arcs using sound design, pacing, and color.
• Partner with marketing, comms, and social teams from rough cut to delivery.
• Develop repeatable templates and workflows to increase efficiency.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into the editing and motion process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in editing and motion design for brands or agencies.
• Expert fluency in industry-standard editing and motion tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and range across formats.
• Ability to shift between high-polish narrative work and fast-turn social content.
• Must be based in the US.
