What you will do

• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for major ad platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Collaborate with the UA team to test hypotheses and iterate on ad concepts rapidly.
• Adapt winning creative concepts into various formats, lengths, and languages.
• Edit diverse footage including UGC, stock, and app gameplay into polished, on-brand videos.
• Maintain high production quality while shipping multiple creatives per week.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the production workflow for asset generation and voice synthesis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, specifically in performance or UA creatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in performance marketing video ads.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of performance creative principles like hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• Basic sound design and mixing skills.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI video, image, and audio tools like Runway, Kling, or Midjourney.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Figma for static asset creation.
• Experience producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives.
