What you will do

  • Deliver 3-5 high-performing video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each).
  • Create motion graphics and animations to elevate the visual quality of ads.
  • Edit with a strict focus on hooks, pacing, and retention to drive conversions.
  • Stay current with trends across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to implement learnings.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered editing and animation workflows to increase speed.
  • Build a repeatable creative production system and a library of reusable motion assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience with strong motion graphics skills.
  • Proven ability to edit for the "one-second economy," prioritizing hooks and conversion.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific content requirements (e.g., TikTok vs. YouTube).
  • Ability to work fast, prioritizing speed and impact over absolute perfection.
  • Proactive approach to learning new AI tools for video production.
