Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum

What you will do

• Lead motion graphics design for UK marketing, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
• Conceptualize storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Mentor junior motion designers and provide creative direction for UK projects.
• Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business goals into visual content.
• Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced animation and storytelling skills.
• Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
