What you will do

• Assist on high-value personal injury claims typically worth in excess of £1m.
• Manage complex caseloads involving serious orthopaedic, spinal, brain, and polytrauma injuries.
• Develop litigation strategies and liaise directly with clients, experts, and stakeholders.
• Progress cases efficiently toward settlement or trial.
• Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers to strengthen team development.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with litigation rights.
• Proven experience handling serious injury and multi-track claims.
• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Bristol office.
