Catastrophic Injury Lawyer

Location: Bristol, hybrid

Salary: £44,364–£47,693 per year, plus a £4,000 car allowance

What you will do

• Assist with high-value catastrophic injury claims, typically exceeding £1 million.
• Work on brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, severe orthopaedic injury, and complex polytrauma cases.
• Handle claims arising from road traffic collisions, workplace accidents, and public liability incidents.
• Develop case strategy and, depending on experience, manage a complex multi-track caseload.
• Work with experienced serious injury lawyers and collaborate across the team.
• Take on increasing responsibility and support or mentor junior colleagues as expertise develops.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with litigation rights.
• Experience handling serious injury or multi-track personal injury claims.
• Strong litigation, case management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Genuine interest in developing expertise in complex catastrophic injury litigation.
