What you will do

• Develop and maintain brand pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Manage pricing governance, price approval processes, and ensure price accuracy in global management systems.
• Provide business-relevant insights through competitive intelligence and systematic monitoring of market access trends.
• Support contracting, tendering, and innovative pricing model discussions to enable effective country execution.
• Contribute to the implementation of the pricing and market access excellence roadmap, including tools and KPI reviews.
• Analyze the impact of price changes and international reference pricing on business cases and lifecycle events.

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry or consulting.
• Proven experience in global or regional pricing and market access, specifically with European systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting launches and lifecycle management of innovative medicines.
• Demonstrated ability to produce complex pricing analyses such as scenario modeling and IRP.
• Fluent English (oral and written) is required.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with US pricing and market access dynamics.
• People leadership or transversal leadership experience in matrix organizations.
