What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategic roadmap for the new DemTech business unit.
• Lead end-to-end product development, translating professional technology into scalable consumer solutions.
• Own the commercial strategy, including pricing, go-to-market planning, and revenue targets.
• Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team across product, engineering, and operations.
• Identify and develop partnerships with sporting bodies, leagues, and distribution channels.
• Manage full P&L accountability and report performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel.
• Proven senior leadership experience in sports tech, consumer tech, or B2C/B2B2C industries.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling products or business units from scratch.
• Strong strategic thinker with direct experience owning revenue targets and commercial outcomes.
• Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle and cross-functional team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
