TL;DR

Head of Business & Revenue Operations (SaaS): Building and owning the operational foundation and GTM strategy for a fast-growing SaaS platform with an accent on revenue forecasting, Salesforce architecture, and AI-driven process automation. Focus on designing scalable user journeys, driving cross-functional alignment, and translating complex operational data into strategic growth initiatives.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in London, Oxford, or Reykjavik office.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end RevOps strategy, partnering with C-suite to define revenue plans and growth targets.
  • Lead Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and GTM tech stack optimization to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Embed AI and ML tools into operations to drive pipeline intelligence, churn risk scoring, and agentic workflow automation.
  • Design and optimize critical user journeys, including activation, conversion, and expansion, using a product-led approach.
  • Build sophisticated revenue forecasting models, territory planning, and incentive compensation frameworks.
  • Establish cross-functional operating rhythms and OKR frameworks to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Operations within a SaaS or marketplace business.
  • 2-3 years of experience at a Head-of or equivalent leadership level.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise with end-to-end ownership experience.
  • Proven track record of building operational foundations from scratch.
  • Ability to travel globally approximately 10% of the time.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making.
