Location: Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in London, Oxford, or Reykjavik office.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end RevOps strategy, partnering with C-suite to define revenue plans and growth targets.
- Lead Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and GTM tech stack optimization to ensure a single source of truth.
- Embed AI and ML tools into operations to drive pipeline intelligence, churn risk scoring, and agentic workflow automation.
- Design and optimize critical user journeys, including activation, conversion, and expansion, using a product-led approach.
- Build sophisticated revenue forecasting models, territory planning, and incentive compensation frameworks.
- Establish cross-functional operating rhythms and OKR frameworks to ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Operations within a SaaS or marketplace business.
- 2-3 years of experience at a Head-of or equivalent leadership level.
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise with end-to-end ownership experience.
- Proven track record of building operational foundations from scratch.
- Ability to travel globally approximately 10% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making.
