What you will do

• Acquire new equipment and reagent customers in private laboratories and hospitals.
• Prepare and implement new project calculations, including pricing and competitive analysis.
• Organize and support installations, device demonstrations, and product evaluations.
• Expand and maintain business relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market and competition, providing feedback to sales management and marketing.
• Document all customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Completed training in healthcare, life sciences, or a commercial field.
• Several years of field service experience in laboratory systems, immunology, or a comparable sector.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken) with technical vocabulary.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
