What you will do
- Close qualified leads and consistently meet sales targets.
- Consult with B2B clients across Europe to understand their branding needs and guide them to signage solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM with accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously develop sales skills through ongoing training and coaching.
Requirements
- Native level German proficiency is non-negotiable.
- Good English proficiency for internal communication.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to adapt to client needs.
- Discipline in managing a sales pipeline and maintaining structure.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain complex or technical products.
- Must be based in Poland.
