Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office).

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define and execute business development strategies for Poland and Eastern Europe.
  • Lead outbound outreach and manage inbound lead conversion to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders early in their decision-making journey.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and indicative proposals to effectively position the company's value proposition.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform pricing and product development strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Must be based in Poland with the ability to work in a hybrid model.
