What you will do

• Develop architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit for commercial projects.
• Produce detailed construction documentation sets suitable for building.
• Coordinate design alignment with internal stakeholders, architects, and engineers.
• Identify design risks and propose practical solutions.
• Learn and apply specialized facade systems, cladding, and internal design methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong Revit experience with a proven track record in architectural projects.
• Experience in producing commercial construction documentation.
• Successful delivery of at least 2–3 commercial projects using Revit.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ortigas (Pasig City) or Clark (Pampanga).
• Strong foundation in architectural drafting, detailing, and 3D modelling.

Nice to have

• Exposure to facade design, cladding, rainscreen, or curtain wall systems.
• Familiarity with Australian building codes (NCC).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Bluebeam.
