What you will do
- Own the full customer funnel and implement continuous experimentation to boost conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Develop data-driven growth strategies to increase LTV and decrease churn.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to achieve growth targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of conversion, CRM, and growth specialists.
- Optimize onboarding, subscription flows, pricing, and user journeys.
- Build and execute an experimentation roadmap involving A/B testing and funnel analysis.
Requirements
- 3β5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, retention, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience in people management or team leadership.
- Track record of improving conversion and revenue through data-driven optimization.
- Deep understanding of subscription economics and customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on expertise in A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
- Must be based in or able to work from Baltic hubs (Vilnius, Kaunas, KlaipΔda, or Riga).
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or VWO.
