TL;DR

Conversion & Retention Optimization Lead (Growth): Driving global growth, revenue strategy, and go-to-market success across multiple brands with an accent on full customer funnel optimization, retention, and monetization. Focus on executing data-driven growth strategies, reducing churn, and managing a high-impact experimentation roadmap.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (4 days onsite), or onsite, hybrid, or remote in Kaunas. Hubs also available in KlaipΔ—da and Riga.

Salary: €5,500–€6,100 gross per month

What you will do

  • Own the full customer funnel and implement continuous experimentation to boost conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop data-driven growth strategies to increase LTV and decrease churn.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of conversion, CRM, and growth specialists.
  • Optimize onboarding, subscription flows, pricing, and user journeys.
  • Build and execute an experimentation roadmap involving A/B testing and funnel analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, retention, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven experience in people management or team leadership.
  • Track record of improving conversion and revenue through data-driven optimization.
  • Deep understanding of subscription economics and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on expertise in A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Baltic hubs (Vilnius, Kaunas, KlaipΔ—da, or Riga).

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or VWO.
