TL;DR

Hub Leader (Ecommerce): Scaling the Shopify and storefront ecosystem by owning P&L and commercial responsibility for GMV growth with an accent on merchant acquisition, activation, and retention. Focus on directing cross-functional mission teams, identifying structural bottlenecks, and executing rigorous experimentation loops.

Location: Hybrid or Remote in Riga, Latvia

What you will do

  • Own P&L and GMV targets for Shopify and storefront channels on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Define and execute the growth strategy across the entire merchant lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion.
  • Lead and align a cross-functional mission team comprising Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Support.
  • Partner with GrowthOps, Product, Selection, CX, and Finance to remove structural bottlenecks and improve systems.
  • Establish execution roadmaps and run experimentation loops to validate and scale growth levers.
  • Mentor talent and instill an ownership mindset to raise overall performance standards.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in commercial or growth leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of P&L or channel ownership.
  • Experience within SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical fluency, specifically regarding funnels, CAC/LTV, and unit economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams without direct formal authority.
  • High bias for action and resilience under pressure.

  • Prior experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
