Product Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy in line with company goals, including growth management.
• Research market opportunities, industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales from product concept through launch.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, provide product updates, and address concerns throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve product performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and LTV.
• Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
• English at B2 level or higher.
