What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Drive product development from concept to launch in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business priorities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and requirements gathering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess product success and identify improvement areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and LTV.
• Proven experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage conflicting interests.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
