Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Naza Tower)

What you will do
- Design and develop yearly public and in-house training programs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Administer training events, including scheduling, managing enrollments, and coordinating venue and accommodation bookings.
- Manage relationships with permanent and subcontracted tutors to ensure high service quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to manage the training website and monthly newsletters.
- Collect and submit accurate management information to support operational delivery and anticipate future demand.
- Ensure data integrity in internal systems and provide correct invoicing information to regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of work experience in client management, preferably within the service industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of English and Bahasa (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
