What you will do

• Design and develop yearly public and in-house training programs aligned with strategic business goals.
• Administer training events, including scheduling, managing enrollments, and coordinating venue and accommodation bookings.
• Manage relationships with permanent and subcontracted tutors to ensure high service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to manage the training website and monthly newsletters.
• Collect and submit accurate management information to support operational delivery and anticipate future demand.
• Ensure data integrity in internal systems and provide correct invoicing information to regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of work experience in client management, preferably within the service industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good command of English and Bahasa (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
