What you will do

  • Own end-to-end LinkedIn strategy, writing, and reporting for the CEO and CPO.
  • Manage the company's brand social media presence, including the editorial calendar and daily publishing.
  • Develop and scale the customer advocacy program, including reference management and review campaigns on G2 and Gartner.
  • Map content to the buyer journey and execute email nurture campaigns via HubSpot.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate content pipelines and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience across social, content, or advocacy programs.
  • AI-native proficiency: daily use of LLMs and experience building automations or agents beyond basic prompting.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate technical topics in plain, high-converting language.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and social analytics tools.
  • Location: Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work setup.
