What you will do

• Support valuation consulting, appraisal review, appraisal management, and financial due diligence for institutional portfolios.
• Gather, organize, and analyze commercial real estate market data, including rental rates and comparable transactions.
• Prepare financial models and cash flow projections using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Directors, and third-party appraisers to provide research and analytical support.
• Assist with real estate projects related to acquisitions, lending, and asset management.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting within internal systems and databases.

Requirements

• University degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to commercial real estate through coursework, internships, or early professional experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset for complex financial calculations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in New York City (2 days onsite per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with Argus Enterprise or other professional valuation and modelling tools.
