Financial Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: PHP 45,000 gross monthly during the initial period, increasing to PHP 48,000 upon regularization, plus 13th-month pay.

What you will do

• Review client profit and loss statements, normalize earnings, and calculate EBITDA, EBIT, and net income.
• Identify appropriate add-backs and support valuation assessments using internal frameworks and tools.
• Analyze Letters of Intent and model purchase prices, earn-outs, contingent consideration, and payout scenarios.
• Support financial due diligence by responding to buyer information requests and preparing materials for Quality of Earnings reviews.
• Prepare financial exhibits for CIMs and presentations, and maintain internal spreadsheets and valuation tools.
• Collaborate with advisors, analysts, and interns to keep deal information complete, accurate, and consistent.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business finance fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze P&Ls, perform EBITDA calculations, and interpret financial information accurately.
• Comfort working in Excel; advanced financial modeling experience is not required.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, willing to ask clarifying questions, and ready to learn M&A concepts through training.
• Computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, dual monitors, stable 25 Mbps internet, and backup power and internet.
