What you will do

• Schedule, prioritize, and track internal technical assignments and project details.
• Organize dailies, rounds, and project meetings, including room and media setup.
• Maintain Shotgrid statuses, task assignments, and project scope on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and package shot deliveries with required submission documentation.
• Manage calendars and record notes from clients and dailies to ensure team clarity.
• Establish quality control and project closure processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the VFX or film production industry.
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency with Shotgrid/Flow for project maintenance.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Deep understanding of television/episodic VFX production pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with feature film production pipelines.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D VFX software packages.
