What you will do

• Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM pipeline, ensuring all opportunities, leads, and deals are accurately updated.
• Provide operational support to the Sales Director through the creation of sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Leverage AI tools (specifically Claude) to draft sales communications, summarize meeting notes, and optimize internal workflows.
• Maintain CRM data integrity by removing duplicates and updating missing information.
• Document and streamline manual tasks, recommending process improvements to increase sales team productivity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or CRM administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically in pipeline management and reporting.
• Proven ability to use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for professional documentation and data summaries.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
