What you will do

• Build and deploy email campaigns and automated lifecycle workflows in HubSpot.
• Manage list segmentation and database organization to support targeted, personalized outreach.
• Coordinate end-to-end email communications for events and webinars.
• Develop modular email templates and asset libraries using no-code or low-code tools.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines and content, analyzing metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Proactively experiment with AI to improve efficiency and content quality at scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or marketing operations, specifically with HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, workflow logic, and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, conversion optimization, and cross-client rendering.
• Proficiency in CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance and consent management.
• Ability to analyze data, pull reports, and manage multiple tasks across cross-functional teams.
