What you will do
- Build, launch, and optimize email and in-app campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop automated customer journeys, triggers, and segmentation strategies for global customer acquisition and retention.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including QA, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Leverage AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, and dynamic content to improve engagement.
- Ensure marketing database health and strict compliance with GDPR and CASL privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and long-term automation strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or email marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
- Experience with enterprise-level platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or ChurnZero.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
- Must be based in Montreal, Canada to join the local Performance Marketing team.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, or AMPscript is considered a strong asset.
