What you will do

  • Manage the performance of the Home category, focusing on key sales and quality metrics.
  • Develop and execute category strategies including positioning, assortment direction, and seasonal focus.
  • Drive assortment planning to identify gaps and ensure competitive category coverage across price tiers.
  • Optimize traffic and resource allocation to improve conversion and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with KAM/BD teams to support high-potential merchants in assortment expansion and pricing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent English for clear communication in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce KAM, or store operations for large brands.
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs such as sales funnels, conversion, and pricing effects.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel for handling large datasets.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and end-to-end initiative execution.
  • Must be based in the Shenzhen office.
