is a remote-first SaaS company providing an integrated SEO platform and expanding into SMM and AI-driven Search.
What you will do
- Lead the migration from QuickBooks to a professional ERP and optimize multi-entity consolidation and internal controls.
- Ensure full GAAP rigour and establish defensible revenue recognition to achieve external audit readiness.
- Implement structured forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards to guide leadership and board decisions.
- Manage and unify a 6-person international finance team across Europe.
- Partner with the CEO and COO on capital allocation, GTM efficiency, and margin expansion.
- Manage external partnerships with banks, CPA firms, and auditors for an internationally distributed business.
Requirements
- Hands-on SaaS finance leadership experience at a company in the $20M–$75M ARR range.
- Deep expertise in GAAP compliance, revenue recognition, and managing external audits.
- Proven experience leading ERP system migrations as part of infrastructure maturity.
- Experience with multi-currency, international tax, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
- Strong command of SaaS unit economics (NDR, GRR, LTV/CAC, EBITDA margin).
- Must be based in Europe.
