What you will do

• Define key metrics and build measurement frameworks to evaluate platform success.
• Conduct deep dives into product usage data to surface actionable insights and influence roadmaps.
• Apply rigorous causal inference methods and controlled experiments to evaluate platform changes.
• Build statistical models and simulations to support operational decision-making.
• Present complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Establish foundational data practices and scale analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, Seattle, or San Francisco.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing.
• Experience working closely with Product or Engineering teams on developer-facing products.
• Effective written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Experience supporting B2B sales teams with data insights.
• Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
