What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale CRM and Salesforce programs, including global implementations and platform consolidations.
• Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for the Salesforce portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business clients in Sales, Service, and Marketing departments.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Engineers to design scalable solutions following platform best practices.
• Drive organizational change management to ensure high user adoption of implemented solutions.
• Mentor and motivate multiple project teams while effectively managing resource allocation and workload.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience managing strategic business technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and SmartSheet.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant Program/Project Management certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP).
• Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder.
