Payroll Specialist (Norwegian)

What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Norwegian customers.
• Manage process deviations, assess impact, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Own change requests end-to-end, including requirements, pricing, implementation, and training.
• Maintain and update process documentation such as SOPs, DWIs, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients and country teams to ensure smooth operations and SLA adherence.
• Handle complex payroll cases and act as the first point of escalation.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
• 3–5 years of experience in Payroll outsourcing or BPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience working with international clients and complex payroll operations.
• Problem-solver mindset with a passion for process improvement and excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Workforce Management, and integration tooling.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM.
