What you will do

  • Support monthly payroll cycles by collecting data, validating inputs, and managing closing activities.
  • Coordinate with external payroll BPOs and ensure timely submission of statutory reporting (eSocial).
  • Administer employee benefits including health, dental, and meal vouchers, and perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Track vacation schedules, sick leaves, and time-off requests to ensure accurate calculations.
  • Execute payroll and benefits setup for new hires during onboarding and maintain HR system records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and reimbursements.

Requirements

  • Experience working with payroll vendors (BPO) and Payroll/HR systems.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (Mandatory).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate to advanced French proficiency.
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefits administration specifically for Brazil or France.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian labor laws and statutory requirements (eSocial).
  • Experience working within multinational companies.
