Associate - News & Market Data Team (Financial Markets/Data Operations): Monitoring, analysing, and publishing market-moving news, company results, ratings changes, deal terms, and structured credit updates with an accent on data accuracy, rapid decision-making, and financial-market coverage. Focus on maintaining investor-relations data, tracking redemptions and maturities, and using HTML and proprietary tools to streamline publishing workflows.
Location: Belfast, United Kingdom — hybrid. Rotational shifts alternate between 9 AM–6 PM UK time and 1 PM–10 PM UK time. The role allows working abroad for up to 3 months per year.

What you will do
- Monitor and review market-moving news from multiple sources.
- Track financial results, company performance, earnings publications, and corporate disclosures.
- Manage a portfolio of companies and maintain investor-relations details, reporting dates, and client-facing datasets.
- Analyse new deal terms and structures and alert clients to important market developments.
- Track ratings changes, bond and loan redemptions, maturities, and structured credit movements.
- Use HTML and proprietary tools to automate publishing and streamline data workflows.
Requirements
- Graduate or recent graduate with an interest in financial markets and business.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while monitoring multiple information sources.
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and make rapid, informed decisions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Availability for rotational EU and US shifts aligned to UK time.
