Junior Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Base salary: €20,000–€30,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify relevant data sources, define data requirements, and retrieve data for analytics projects.
• Clean, transform, standardize, and validate datasets, including handling missing values and outliers.
• Build dashboards and self-serve analytics content using BI and analytics tools.
• Create visualizations that communicate data stories to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze results, identify insights, and detect trends and fluctuations across business operations.
• Support data pipelines, documentation, data support tickets, and wider analytics projects.

Requirements

• Interest in data, analytics, and dashboard building.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data or BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to communicate technical work clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of the importance of clean, accurate, and trusted data.

• Experience working in an agile environment at pace.
